Terms of
Booking
 Acceptable methods of payment – Visa,
Bankcard, Mastercard, Cash,
Cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer.
Deposit – $100
deposit to confirm booking. (20% required for December/January bookings.)
Balance – Payable 14 days prior to
occupancy. Confirmation letter sent out upon receipt of final
payment.
Cancellation Policy
* If cancelled more than 21 days prior to occupancy
a 75% refund will be issued.
* If the booking is cancelled between 10 and 21 days before occupancy then
50% will be forfeited.
* If the booking is cancelled between 1 and 10 days before occupancy then the
full booking will be forfeited.
